Colin Hitchins was appointed to the board of trustees in September 2020 taking up the position of Chairman. Colin has known and supported Lisa Ellams since 2018 and is delighted to now have a key role in the charities future.
He is a London Borough of Bromley councillor representing Cray Valley West and is the Head of Sustainability at Biggin Hill Airport.
“Lisa’s energy and drive is infectious and when I learnt more about Cystic Fibrosis it was a very easy decision when I was asked to join the board of trustees. Covid-19 has presented a number of challenges to the charities ambitions. We have now set new goals for fundraising that I believe will are achievable during these difficult times as we strive to raise the much needed funds for CF research”
